What you can expect from us

A legal problem is rarely only legal. It is your liberty, your family, your home or your livelihood, and we treat it that way.

  1. Over twenty years in practice

The firm has represented clients in Islamabad for more than two decades, in courts from the district level to the Supreme Court.

  2. A strategy for your case, not a template

We study the facts and the papers before we advise, and build the approach around what you need to protect.

  3. You will always know where things stand

Plain explanations, an honest view of the risks, and an update after every hearing.

  4. Fast when it matters

Arrests, protection orders and filing deadlines do not wait for office hours, and neither do we. The firm is open 24 hours.

  5. Fees agreed in writing

A written engagement letter sets out the fee and the payment terms before any work begins.

  6. Discretion as standard

What you tell us stays with us, whether the matter is a family dispute, a criminal charge or a company's affairs.

How your matter proceeds

  1. Consultation

Call, WhatsApp or write to us. We listen to what happened, understand what worries you and explain your options in plain terms.

What happens next: We ask for the papers listed in your volume.

  2. Review and plan

We study your documents, research the law and the precedents, and agree a strategy and a written engagement letter with you.

What happens next: We file, appear or negotiate on your behalf.

  3. Action and follow-up

We represent you in court and before the authorities, report after every hearing and stay with the matter until it is resolved.

What happens next: Resolution, and advice on what comes after.

Questions clients ask

Not answered here? Call 0334 1050683, day or night.

What kind of cases do you take?

Criminal, family, civil, corporate, property, banking and tax, insurance, immigration and consumer matters. If your problem does not fit neatly into one of these, call us anyway: most do not.

How do I book a consultation?

Call or WhatsApp 0334 1050683, or send the form at the bottom of this page. We are open 24 hours. At the first consultation we listen, ask questions and explain your options before anything else is agreed.

How long will my case take?

It depends on the matter and on the other side. Every case moves through the same stages: consultation, review of documents, a plan, action in court or before the authority, and follow-up until it is resolved. We give you a realistic timeline once we have seen the papers.

What is the difference between pre-arrest and post-arrest bail?

Pre-arrest bail protects you from arrest before it happens. It is an extraordinary remedy, so the court needs to see that the case against you may be motivated by ill will or is otherwise unjust. Post-arrest bail is sought once a person is in custody. The grounds and the court differ, and timing matters in both, which is why you should call as soon as an FIR is registered.

How long does a khula case take?

A khula case in the family court usually takes a few months, depending on whether it is contested and on the reconciliation stage. A talaq becomes effective ninety days after notice is given to the Union Council chairman. We handle the filing, the hearings and the NADRA certificate.

Do you act for clients outside Islamabad or overseas?

Yes. We advise clients in other cities and overseas Pakistanis by phone and WhatsApp, and we arrange powers of attorney so that matters can proceed while you are abroad.

What are your fees?

Fees depend on the matter. They are set out in a written engagement letter before any work begins, so you know the cost and the payment terms in advance.

Will what I tell you stay confidential?

Yes. Everything you tell us is privileged and handled with discretion, including in family and criminal matters where privacy matters most.

Tell us what happened.

The sooner we hear from you, the more options you keep. Call, message us on WhatsApp, or send your matter in writing and we will call you back.
